All services were provided as advertised, and communication was exceptionally good regarding any issues. For the accommodation cost, the location was perfect when it comes to how accessible Rome was and the local area around the accommodation. We were able to have an amazing breakfast every morning just around the corner. I wouldn't be deterred by a shared bathroom because we very rarely (once) encountered other guests, and the bathroom was kept in a very good condition
