Personale disponibile e gentile. Stanza pulitissima e tutto ordinato e sanificato
Prima che l’acqua calda arrivi ci vogliono minuti. Nonostante segnalazione al cliente tramite fogli informativi, è un po’ fastidioso sopratutto quando si è di fretta. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

It is 5 mins walk to the metro station Neighborhood is good with a lot of cafes & restaurant and supermarkets The room has an AC
The room with balcony is so small for 3 adults I think it shouldn’t be open for reservations for 3 adults The towels are so old & has a bad smell The checkin in at 3pm & the check out at 10 am You will find at 10 am a lady who orders you to leave the room immediately while you already asked for late checkout & we agreed on 11 am A fight & screaming at 4 am happened from the next room by a lady ( i think one of the owners )
