everything was fine, clean, they cleaned every day, only the heating started late, but since we were always out of the accommodation until the evening, it didn't matter. I'm very satisfied. And it was also super close to the school and the metro. Everything was top notch.

We liked everything. The owner just gives you clear indication on how to reach the location, how to get inside and everything that you might request, whenever you text. The building was not so pleasing when you arrive but the apartments are spotless, one of a few of this kind that we found on this platform. For the price paid is the best you can get. It's 1 minute of walking from Subaugusta station on line A so you can reach any touristic location from here. It'salso 5 minutes of walking from 520 bus line that gets you to Ciampino airport so another plus. The room and bathroom is spotless clean, the service it's amazing cleaning your room almost daily, just hotel treatment. We will come back here for sure.

Clean, comfortable room in an unpretentious part of Rome where I guess normal working Roman people live - a scruffy but safe and friendly area.

The host’s service, or rather the lack of! The access instructions were confusing as there was lots of information, most of which wasn’t needed: the photos (in the right order) and the single access code are all that are required. And the need to leave the city tax in cash in the room and send a photo to the host at the start of the stay was bizarre!
