Excellent rapport quality price. Next to the metro station Subaugusta. Recommended.
Depends of the occupants of the other three rooms, some people might be noisy and less careful when it comes to getting in/out of the guesthouse.

- clean, nice and fragrant accomodation with AC - couple meters to metro (then around half an hour to city centre) - large Lidl grocery shop nearby + small shops on the street - city tax possible to pay by card
- as mentioned by others - just sweet breakfast, but nice to have - little bit street noise from crazy motorbikes and cars even during nights - absence of room cleaning + towels change, but I was okay with that - cold water in shower -> 3 of 4 nights (1 day it was warm) - wardrobe was quite useless without shelves, but table was present at least
