Posto veramente molto carino con giardino fiorito e con presenza tanti pappagalli 🦜 sulle piante, molto tranquillo quartiere senza spacciatori, bulli e ladri anche nel weekend era molta calma. Facilmente si parcheggia davanti a casa, ma c’è probabilità mettere auto anche nel cortile recintato 👍. Per chi è stufo guidare nel caos dei metropoli grandi come Roma fermata di pullman si trova a 30 metri dal cancello e poi metro che ti porta da per tutto. Se non vuoi mangiare fuori c’è cucina attrezzata ed addirittura anche 🍖 🍷 per fare bella grigliata nel giardino di casa ( certo che devi prendere il carbone e la carne 🥩 o il pesce 🐟 nel negozi che trovi a distanza di meno di un chilometro;)

Unica pecca... bagno al di fuori della camera da letto... privato si, ma in una sorta di corridoietto dove di fronte c'era un'altra stanza.
