Stanze nuovissime, pulizia profonda, disponibilità eccelsa del host
Se proprio devo trovare un neo c'è il fatto che non c'è un parcheggio privato, di contro però non ho avuto nessun problema a parcheggiare sotto casa

La location è in una zona secondaria, ma è praticamente a 500 metri dalla nuova stazione della metropolitana "giardinetti" che arriva al Colosseo in 20 minuti, dunque comodissima. Il proprietario, Matteo, è gentilissimo. La stanza è pulita, comoda e silenziosa. Tutto funziona perfettamente, Aria condizionata (fondamentale in questo periodo) perfettamente funzionante, la stanza è silenziosa e il quartiere molto tranquillo. Consigliabile al 100%.
Non ho capito la questione "tassa di soggiorno". Dal sito di Booking è inclusa nella tariffa, ma poi Matteo te la chiede. Non è granché (6,00€) ma non capisco perché pagarla due volte, ammesso che sia così!

Ένα καθαρό απλό δωμάτιο με ξεχωριστό μπάνιο. Τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο αλλά για να περάσεις ένα δύο βράδυα είναι πολύ άνετο.
Δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο όπως νόμιζα (έβαλα φίλτρο να εμφανίζει μόνο ξενοδοχεία). Επομένως δεν έχει ρεσεψιον, δεν έχει εστιατόριο για πρωϊνό ή φαγητό και γενικά δεν έχει τις ανέσεις ενός ξενοδοχείου.
