Anice Guesthouse

The Anice guesthouse is a cute little cozy place and the host, Rosie , is a very warm person. The guesthouse has a common kitchen with basic utensils to cook. It also has a washing machine that can be utilized if need be . The guesthouse is superbly maintained and is very clean. Tatania also helped us with all our concerns and was super nice. Thank you, Rosie, for a wonderful stay , and making us feel so comfortable in a new city. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome the next time :)

This was my second stay at Anice’s, and once again, they’ve exceeded my expectations. The place is spotless as always, the room smelled wonderful, and the shared kitchen was well stocked with excellent coffee and a lovely selection of teas. Rosy is incredibly kind — when I had trouble booking a cab to the airport due to a strike, she went out of her way to help. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Rome and will definitely be booking here again!

Located in an authentic working class non-touristy area.

It was far from center.

The owner of the B&B was super gentle and had amazing recommendations for food and things to do. She was very sweet and allowed us to move with flexibility, will definitely stay here again.

The water pressure of the shower wasn’t the best, but not a big deal for us. The location is a bit away from the center of Rome, but we were also well aware of it and wasn’t a problem. The place is close to the metro and buses. If you’re used to public transport this place is great.
