I cannot recommend Zanna highly enough. I booked the property for my elderly parents, and from the moment they arrived, Zana went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and well looked after. She treated my parents with such kindness, patience, and care that it genuinely felt as though she was looking after them like a daughter would. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was helping them settle in, answering questions, or assisting with their needs during their stay, she was always available with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. In today's world, it is rare to come across someone with such a caring nature and generous spirit. Zanna is not only an exceptional property manager but also a truly wonderful person. Knowing my parents were in such capable and compassionate hands gave me complete peace of mind. The property itself was average but great location, but what made the experience truly special was Zanna. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and will always remember her kindness. Thank you, Zanna, for going the extra mile and making my parents' stay so memorable. You are a truly special soul, and we feel very fortunate to have met you.

It does get noisy from upstairs in the weekend

The unit was warm when we had the heatpump on. Comfy beds, although creaky. Good water pressure in shower. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. Location was good for us and where we needed to be. Close to local cafes and train station. We met the cleaner who was lovely. We hadn't quite checked out so she told us to take our time and she would come back.

It's an old house so smelt a bit musty. It's the bottom part of the main house so doesn't get any sun. I would dispute that it is bright and airy, we found it dark. Could do with a big tidy up and clean outside, I didn't want to stand on the deck. The driveway is overgrown so we left the car on the road. Just be aware of the clearway times. Carpet could do with a steam clean and the top of the fridge was very dirty. It could all do with a spruce up. It was ok for us. If you want a warm place to stay close to cafes and shops then this is a good place for the money.If you're after a bit more comfort then not so much.

Very noisy tennants upstairs. Uncomfortable sofas - very low & difficult to get out of for seniors.
