The property is spacious and the house well-appointed with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. It is also located close to Cirencester and a good base from which to explore the Cotswolds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Keys for re cycling were only discovered by accident. Linen for sofa bed not complete. Dishwasher not working well not helped by the rubber seal being very worn& loose.
It was very untidy & scruffy immediately around the outside. Dead matches on doorstep. However we did like the house, plenty of room to spread out & to eat meals together. The outside eating area was nice but again needs a good tidy up & a table cloth( maybe oilcloth) over the tired table. It just needs a some tlc & attention
