The house was stunning and spacious and was a Wow morning moment on arrival. Stunning views of the lake and so peaceful. Spa access was used and enjoyed by all. Lovely walks and delicious food. Bubbly, juice and milk in the fridge 😊 thank you. Oh and we had fun with the charades aha

Little disappointed when we first used the hot tub and noticed it was broken on the bracket. I did send Liam a message and he told us he would get someone to look at it, just felt nervous opening the hot tub in case the bracket broke off.

Stunning location and views All the on site amenities were close Both swimming pools were clean and kept us all entertained

The hot tub and the resources available within the property. The ducks! The view on the first and send floor windows.

The oven was dirty and full of grease day 1 of our arrival. We could only have 2 showers and the water turned cold, there was 8 of us at the property. Even after ringing to report nobody came to fix, and upon reading the house book these are not new issues! The general upkeep outside and inside was very poor!! Spider webs covered the building and the windows were dirty. There was a little table and chairs on the first floor veranda that belonged in a tip! The beds were like sleeping on concrete. Under the couches and chairs there was an inch of dust! You are portraying an upmarket property with the price tag but the reality is far removed. The reeds were so high from the deck, you could not view the lake from where you sat!
