We loved the fact that they converted a beautiful manor house and turned it into a lovely lodging. The dining area was new and the food was great, the staff was kind.

Loved the location and that it was pet friendly.
As we had a dog we couldn’t go in the restaurant which I totally understand. We were put in a side room, on a low table to eat breakfast. It’s wasn’t comfortable and had zero ambiance .
When I went to check out, I had already paid before arriving. Was shocked to be given an invoice for £10 for service charge for breakfast. I didn’t pay this, we had already paid £580 for two nights.

We had lunch on arrival and Connor who served us was incredible. Super friendly and efficient. The bar and lounge area was amazing and first impressions were great.
I had paid £450 for a double room which was already very expensive (but Easter inflation) but our room in Maeve was really disappointing. The floor was on a slope and really dated decor. We waited 40 mins to be served breakfast and dinner the night before was average but overpriced.
