Beautiful little house, ideal location Very quiet Well equipped Absolutely perfect for our day

I couldn’t thought the proper so nothing bad to say

A 2 level small house, with 2 toilets, 1 living room and a small garden. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner in the small garden. According to some details, i believe that the owner is thinking about how to help the guests, for example the facial mask，the home first aid kit. There are also some books for kids and even baby chair for meal.

The washing machine did not work, no tissue in the kitchen, one of the fans did not work. The washing machine is very old, the kitchen hood is old. What made me disappointed is that, the owner mentioned to provide some alternative solution for the clothing wash, but no any feed back at all later. When I told them about the tissue, the fan issue, they just ignore it！While they keep requesting several action items from us as their standard procedure. That is really bad experience!

Cute little house in walking distant from Bourton-on-the-water. Just enough room for a 4 person family. Very friendly neighbours/safe neighbourhood. Parking in front of the house.

Overwhelming smell of air freshener when entering the house. When removed, due to allergies, an overwhelming smell of cat pee was present. That did make the stay unpleasant, and was understandable because pets were allowed at this property. Washing machine gave many error codes before finally going on. VERY expensive at > 360 Eur/night (including cleaning)
