nice new appartment, complicated communication with the host

Very nice appartment with fantastic view on the rooftop. The building in new in residental disctrict.

Communication with the host wasn´t easy. There was some delay with key handover, had to wait quite a long time. Too many regulation to be followed. Water to washing machine was turned off, it was hard to find where the closure is. And there was little problem with water leaked. But the main problem is that the host refused to exhibit the facture after departure - I have never encountered this when using Booking.

Pracht appartement met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk schoon en ook genoeg schoonmaakmiddelen als je zelf nog wilt poetsen. Heerlijke douche, goed bed en uitgebreide keuken.En niet te vergeten : een mooi groot dakterras

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Urlaub mit Hund. Sowohl für Ausflüge wie auch Strandaufenthalte optimal gelegen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, gleichzeitig aber auch sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist wirklich alles da. Da wir mit einem Hund gereist sind, hat uns die Lage auch sehr begeistert. Man kann direkt vor der Ferienwohnung ohne Probleme jeden Tag einen Parkplatz finden. Wir konnten mit unserem kleinen Hund wunderbar direkt aus der Wohnung raus in der näheren Umgebung laufen ihn auch frei laufen lassen. Also für einen Hund ist das eine sehr gute Lage. Auch die Entfernung zunächst größeren Stadt oder zum Meer ist super. In dem kleinen Dorf selbst gibt es auch ausreichend Geschäfte, um sich auf die Schnelle selbst zu versorgen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, mehrere Bäcker, ein Tabakladen, Blumenladen, Metzger… Die Vermieterin selbst sehr nett. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Aufzug im Haus. Und der Ausblick von der wundervollen Terrasse ist auch toll. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen. Besser als jede Suit in einem Hotel.

Très bien, très reposant.

Appartement au plus près de mon lieu de travail L'immeuble est calme et l'isolation phonique est bonne. Le quartier est proche de grandes surfaces. La terrasse est appréciable. La vue n'est pas exceptionnelle mais elle est très dégagée. L'accueil est très bien et on se sent tout de suite bien dans cet appartement moderne et très joliment décoré.

Perfecte verblijfplaats om Normandië te verkennen

War beviel ons het meest? Alles eigenlijk, van de warme ontvangst door Isa naar het heerlijke appartement naar de uitstekende ligging.

Niks maar dan ook helemaal niks. Alles was perfect!

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, logement très agréable avec le bénéfice d'une belle terrasse, tout confort, propre, avec tous les équipements. Stationnement facile et proche du logement. A recommander.

Isa ne délivre pas et ne veut pas délivrer de facture: pour se faire rembourser ? Je n'ai que la réservation Booking. Ce serait bien que Booking établisse une facture !

N’hésitez pas une seconde !!

A partir du moment où j’ai passé la porte d’entrée j’ai été sous le charme et tout le long de mon séjour ! Chaleureux, cosy, la déco, parfaitement équipé, la terrasse est incroyable et la Literie est parfaite L’immeuble est calme je m’y suis sentie en sécurité. Aucun souci pour se garer Merci pour l’accueil et votre gentillesse merci d’avoir fait de votre petit chez vous un cadre de qualité ou l’on se sent si bien À bientôt

Tout est parfait. Le lieu est facile d'accès proche de la ville de Caen avec possibilité de stationnement. L'appartement est impeccable et offre tout le confort attendu, dont une literie de qualité. Mention spéciale à la décoration, moderne et cosy. Quel dommage que la saison ne m'ait pas laissée l'opportunité de profiter de la terrasse.
