Maison dans un quartier calme et bien équipée (dommage que le four soit en panne), tram et bus à proximité, commerces aux alentours.

Le grand calme Un quartier familial résidentiel très sympa Une circulation très aisée dans la maison Une maison hyper fonctionnelle Un vrai plus la terrasse Un bon rapport qualité prix Un centre commercial ( super U boulangerie pharmacie banque ) à moins de 10mn à pied Une ligne de tram qui dessert le Centre ville au niveau du centre commercial
L'absence de four ...en panne ....dommage! 2 volets roulants en panne, celui de la cuisine et celui du salon qui ne permettaient pas d'obturet les fenêtres et porte fenêtre. Pourquoi ne pas avoir pensé à une chambre avec 2 lits simples plutôt qu'un seul
