Don't be tricked by the pictures

10 minutes walk to the metro station. Neighborhood is fine

This is a commercial space on ground floor that was converted to an apartment. One "room" is in the basement and another one is like an attic. Both are without windows. On the ground floor the windows were broken and fixed with insulation tape. There are industrial external blinds installed which fulfill "safety first" protocol and you won't feel unsafe. The floor wasn't cleaned well. The electric kettle is damaged, burned and rusty. I don't understand why they keep it like that. It's the cheapest thing to replace...

I would not come back to this apartment(

It was not clean: there were glasses with woman lipstick, floor was dirty, so even our socks we put into trash afterward; sofa is dirty and were sleeping on it. Host didn’t prepare apartment for 8 people (we paid for it), just for 6, we were looking for bedding for long time and fond it somewhere, but there was no pillow cases. It was cold in the morning, as batteries are working just in the evening. No dishwasher tablets even 1. Location is quite far from the Duomo(! Even taxi told that it’s very far district!

Bien pour 6 mais pas 10!!!

Il est très joliement décoré. 2 salle de bain, 2 toilettes

3 chambres mais à trois étages différents et toutes communicantes donc les ronflements ou bruit de chacun font le bonheur des 3 chambres. Il était loué pour 10! mais c’est pour 6 max sinon plus de place pour se mouvoir, table pour 6. Couverts pour 6…. Bref. Aucun placard pour ranger les courses nous avons dû mettre dans les placards de la salle de bain.

Obiekt generalnie OK, było czysto, przygotowane ręczniki, miniaturki kosmetyków. Fajna i duża zastawa stołowa. Faktycznie jest problem z papierem toaletowym, przy 8 osobach 2 rolki to zdecydowanie za mało :/ Fajny dojazd z centrum, generalnie polecamy dla większych grup

Appartamento ricavato da un garage quindi senza finestre ma con solo serrande che affacciano direttamente sulla strada. Inoltre, una stanza e' nel seminterrato pieno di umidità

Absolutnie nic :)

Obiekt nie wyglądał jak na zdjęciach, brak kołder na wystarczającą liczbę gości, 2 rolki papieru toaletowego (na 9 osób na 5 dni), jedna z kołder była zasikana i brudna. Wyszczerbione noże, a na sam koniec próba wyłudzenia 300 euro za szkody, które już były na miejscu. Bardzo nie polecam tego hotelu

Я редко пишу отрицательный отзыв, но тут не могу сдержатся. Перед поселением за два дня, когда мы с семьёй ещё отдыхали на море мне писали сотрудники апартамента , что я должна оформить онлайн документы перед поселением.Я понимаю что самостоятельное заселение, но так испортить мне отдых этими документациями на совершенно незнакомом языке. Зачем детям это оформлять , не достаточно ли документов родителей? Это оказалось очень затратно по времени часа два мне пришлось это оформлять , учитывая что мы семья с 8 детьми и на каждого надо было сделать селфи с паспортом! И ответить на сто ненужных вопросов на каждого, это было просто ужасно. Плюс дополнительные расходы налогов тоже неприятно было. Также при поселении оказалось что нет элементарной посуды, например половника которым налить суп, нормального ножа. Кастрюли все поцарапаны, а чайник это просто ужас, хорошо что заглянули внутрь, им вообще нельзя пользоваться( фото прилагается ) Кухня маленькая и узкая, разойтись двум людям там сложно. В душевой кабине ещё тот квест, нет полочки для шампуня , очень неудобно надо ставить или на пол или вообще на унитаз...это ужасно....Кроме того за два дня пребывания мне написали наверное 10 раз , то чтоб не шумели после 22.00 , то чтоб не устраивали девишники, а то будет штраф 500 евро, то напоминали во сколько номер освободить. Учитывая что мы не понимаем итальянский, пользуемся переводчиком, это напрягало. Я много раз была в разных отелях и апартаментах, но такого напряга никогда не испытывала. Хорошо подумайте прежде чем бронировать эти апартаменты. Отзывы явно накручены.

Mug i elkedel, beskidte tallerkner, kopper og gryder. Gammel opvaskesvamp og ingen opvaskesæbe. Mug flere steder nede i kælderetagen, der tydeligt kan lugtes og ikke er forsvarligt at bo. Misvisende billeder. Der bør være en plantegning da de nuværende billeder er meget misvisende.

Muy conveniente para grupos grandes!

El proceso de check in fue muy fácil y rápido y el anfitrión fue muy atento a contestar todas las inquietudes que teníamos. El apartamento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, es lindo y limpio, incluyeron jabón, champú y toallas limpias. La cocina excelente. A una cuadra del apartamento hay un supermercado gigante! Excelente!

Los baños son lindos, pero uno de los dos estaba tapado y no funcionaba bien, nos contestaron de inmediato y seguramente lo arreglaron, pero solo nos quedamos dos noches. Hay un jardín precioso fuera del jardín, pero eso atrae muchas hormigas dentro del sitio, sin embargo es apartamento es conveniente y muy tranquilo.

Muy cómodo para grupo grande

El apartamento es muy bonito y caben 9 personas compartiendo camas. El personal fue muy eficaz, tuvimos un problema ya que faltaba ropa de cama para una de las camas y les escribí por whatsapp y rápidamente se acercaron al apartamento para proporcionarnoslo. Está bien equipado, tiene supermercados al lado y metro y bus bastante cerca. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y hay un aire en cada habitación. Hemos estado muy bien!

Había una tapa del WC rota, eso tendrian que arreglarlo, y también una manilla de la puerta de la cocina que se caía. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero está bien comunicado.

Hôtel pas très loin du métro 8 min à pied. Bus à proximité. Logement propre avec tout ce qu’il faut.

Logement situé dans un ancien magasin ou garage. Les fenêtres sont fermées avec des gros rideaux de fer du coup manque de luminosité.
