Clean - modern - too modern

Too much technology- opening the doors took about 15 minutes the first night Then we got locked out on arrival to room second night. We had to call service and wait. While we were wanting to enter the space to use restroom

Easy access in a well located area just minutes from Milano Centrale and not far from metro lines. Very clean. Well appointed. Correspondence from the property with the access codes was prompt and with clear instructions. Automatic door locks once inside made us feel secure - I would recommend for solo travellers as well.

Be advised. The listing says that the property has two beds (one regular and one sofa bed) which is why we booked. However bedding for the second bed is an extra charge - pillows with no cases and one light duvet (no sheets).

The apartment is very close to the main train station in Milan only a 10 minute walk. We love the location since It was very easily accessible to get to the Duomo, the Opera house and many other places due to the fact that it was located between two local train stations within walking distance as well. We did have an issue with hot water however the owner rectified the problem promptly. The beds were very comfortable as well as the towels large and soft. We stayed in the Cozy apartment.

All good.

Bathroom is old and not that clean.

Complicated instructions on opening the property
