Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber in keinem schönem Viertel. Auch das Haus ist nicht gerade einladend

Location was great, close to metro.

Electricity kept tripping, but the owner was very responsive in assisting.

We had a very comfortable, and cosy stay, and would highly recommend. Perfect for group or family. The apartment was exceptional and clean, and the host was on hands on to answer any concerns, and responded efficiently. I’ve given an extensive review, why? Returning the favour to other reviewers that give their time to leave valuable feedback and details about the accommodation as not all information provided by the host may truly reflect the accommodation. This is from my personal experience and I hope this will help others too. See below for more accommodation detail : The apartment was fitted out to a high standard with air-con to every room located on 12th floor. Access to main building which requires physical Key entry and link sent to you for keyless entry to the apartment. 2 accessible efficient lifts to the apartment, ( one holding 4 persons and the other 5 persons.) Upon entry, you walk through the Kitchen- with built in units, such as large dishwasher, microwave, hob, wine cooler, large fridge and freezer, storage shelves, table top coffee machine, and kettle, draws housing plenty of cutlery, plates and cups, wine glasses, a boiler cupboard with access to view the boiler when water is ready for hot showers. Shower runs cold after 2nd person has had a shower. ( was not an issue ) blue light indicates when shower is ready, so we were never without hot water. Under the boiler cupboard housed a Washing a machine which we used a few times and was perfect for our needs. Hung clothes to dry on balcony. Lounge has access to balcony and full length window with pull down insect guard to stop mosquitos coming in, ( an option to have if don’t want unwanted insects) balcony has space for clothes air drier, outdoor table and chair, and powered roller shutters. lounge has fast connection to Wifi and free access to Netflix to a large T.V. and cabinet storage. Sofa converts to a sofa-bed and very comfortable, Dining table and chairs were also comfortable.

Nothing - everything met our expectations.
