The owner is helpful and polite and location is great. The size od the apartament fits 4 people comfortably. It is easy to pick up keys and check in. Coffee machine is a nice addition and there are facilities to prepare breakfast.
Due to extremely noisy neighbours, my family was not able to get enough sleep for the six days we stayed in the apartament. Even if there is no party in the shared courtyard (there was bachelorette party lasting two days), the walls are so thin you can hear every word people say in adjacent flat. While it is not the owner's fault (he cannot help it) - if you are a light sleeper or have children and would like them to sleep before midnight I strongly suggest find somewhere else to stay.
