The duplex apartment was super spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. The location was awesome, and the terrace, oh man, the terrace... we even spent half a day out there because it was too hot outside. That terrace is a real gem, real little garden. It's got a big table with lots of chairs, sunbed, and even a swinging bench. We were splashing each other with water available from pipe at the terrace and just enjoyed the sun that day. Even though the apartment is right on Alameda de Hercules, the soundproofing was good, so we slept peacefully. Each bedroom has its own AC, but there was a really nice ceiling fan, so we didn't even need to turn on the AC. A light breeze from the fan was more than enough. The kitchen was really well equipped, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The host left us two big bottles of water in the fridge so we could refresh ourselves when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host's communication was exceptional. He suggested some places we could visit, tapas bars and restaurants, and send us locations where the supermarkets were. I mean, this location is perfect. You can walk anywhere and all "must see" spots are relatively close. We'd definitely come back again if we're ever in Seville.

If we're being picky, the beds could be a bit wider with better mattresses, but it really didn't bother us that much or negatively impacted on our stay.

Obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko atrakcji turystycznych Sevillii. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony - w kuchni pełna zastawa, kawa, mięta, rumianek, przyprawy itp. W lodówce czekała w dzbanku schłodzona woda :) W łazienkach komplety ręczników, mydło i żel pod prysznic. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, błyskawicznie reagujący i odpowiadający na wszystkie pytania. No i piękny taras! To był mój drugi pobyt w tym apartamencie i mam nadzieję, że nie ostatni :)

l'abitazione è situata, a mio avviso, in una posizione a dir poco strategica, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone del centro storico con annessi e connessi, attrazioni, ristoranti tipici ecc.

l'abitazione è collocata su due piani , il piano sottostante risentiva un pò della rumorosità dovuta ai mezzi urbani
