I was a little nervous about the noise at night because I did read some other reviews but they have to have super hearing. There’s very little noise that comes through the wall so you’ll be fine unless you’re super sensitive. I slept just fine.
This is not the fault of the property manager but the lock to get inside the building is wonky. (Had some difficulty with it at first)

Ficamos a espera na porta da hospedagem por 1 hora, na chuva, com bagagem e uma criança de 5 anos sem conseguirmos nenhum contato. Só fomos atendidos após contatarmos o Booking. Quando entramos encontramos duas baratinhas na cozinha. As camas eram desconfortáveis e faziam barulho a cada movimento e a cada passo no mesanino o piso rangia.
