The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, all the essentials for a short or long-term stay.
It was really nice of the host to offer a complimentary tea and coffee 😊

Location was great, easy to get keys
Some hair left around the apartment. The people in the other apartments were creating a lot of noise and were outside of the apartment doing balloons, tainted the experience slightly

Apartment is kept clean, good location. Staff friendly, no difficulties whenever wanted to speak to them.
Oven wasn't working and couldn't watch TV.

The hotel group staff was quite friendly!
I asked for early check-in and they arranged same, even was possible to keep my luggage at their office.
Everything was smooth and prompt.
Nothing to add here.
