Great location and the owner was responsive about my queries, I'd missed that a deposit needed to be paid before details would be sent over.

We did have a few problems getting the key. After paying the deposit, I was given the access details, but the location code wasn't working when I tried to retrieve it. Once I finally gained access, the key wasn't there. After speaking with the owner, we discovered that the cleaner was still in the room. I'm quite surprised that so many people have rated this property as "Exceptional." The rooms felt tired and in need of some maintenance, with numerous marks on the walls. There was also only one coffee cup provided. The bed was uncomfortable, particularly on one side, which felt as though the frame might be broken. The internet did not work during our stay, meaning there was no TV service available either.
