A lovely cottage in a historic town. It’s well presented, and well featured with most of the modern features anyone could want, including two fridges. Although the oven and hob are a bit too complicated, but are of high quality.
It was nice to find the bottle of Prosecco, and there’s plenty of provisions too - such as tea, coffee, and sugars - there’s even a Nespresso machine.
It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Doors! I’m 6ft and it was reasonably easy to bump my head in a couple of places - particularly the kitchen door. Just beware of those if you’re on the taller side. Parking is a little precarious on the road, but we didn’t have trouble finding a place each day.

The Location was good, nice cottage good log fire.
You could not park you car next to the property.
I had to park my car a street away which I was not happy with was told there
was parking on the road but the 3 days that we was there the same cars was
park on the road.
Just a note all the spices in the kitchen are out of date (2025)

The free prosecco was much appreciated and it had all we needed including treats for our dog
It was close to the town but up a steep hill which wouldn’t be ideal for everyone
