Me tocó el dpto 7, con mi madre mayor de 76 no fue cómodo, había que subir muchas escaleras, y los colchones eran finitos.

The apartment is well located, within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main landmarks, making it convenient for exploring the city. The small terrace is a pleasant addition and provides a nice outdoor space.

The building has very steep stairs, which can make carrying heavy luggage quite difficult. This is due to the building rather than the apartment itself, but it’s worth knowing in advance if you have mobility concerns or large suitcases. The location also requires walking up some fairly steep hills, particularly to reach Avenida da Liberdade. Again, this is simply part of Lisbon’s topography rather than an issue with the apartment, but if you plan to walk several times a day, comfortable shoes are highly recommended. In July, the apartment was quite warm. The fan was useful.
