It is important to get to know that each action taken by the property owner is noticed by the visitors. So as we did. From the starting point of booking through the app; whenever I requested for further information regarding travelling facilities and so on, the property owner provided me all the information immediately which I requested as like as a friend who was well known to me since a long time. When she got to know that I have a little daughter she immediately arranged another bed for her before our arrival. She, like a sister, used to welcome us with a tasty tea and tasty cake. (Since her superb service I called booking.com Colombo and inquired how to rate and make a review after few hours of my arrival. But they informed me that rating and reviewing could be done after checking out.) Due to unbearable prices of food in Ella town we were worried about our meals and house owner by herself asked from us whether we need food from her. When we asked about the prices of food, we actually got surprised since she said a very low price for our food. Her meals were wonderful and those healthy home made food kept us fresh and alive all day long. But additionally to our paid meals she served us some free meals as well. So we felt the place as a visit to a house of our own relations. We felt that she did everything with a kind, warm heart, not aiming any financial benifit from us. She spent for us more than she earned from us. What her husband said to me was "Our happiness depends on the happiness we offer to our guests. They should enjoy here in maximum and be relaxed. That is worth than what we receive in return. Everything is not money." What he said was so deep and they actually meant it by their actions. Hereinafter I will never search for any other place to stay, only Ella 97. Since this place is no more a guset to us. It is a home for us with our own relations. That's how we felt due to the way they treated us.
