Location is amazing from the hustle bustle and their public bathroom gives similar to Onsen experience. We were fortunate to see Fujisan from our room in the morning.

if you plan to play golf at fuji classic golf course, this is the best place to stay a night or 2.

While a little older the hotel has a certain charm when exploring it. Hotel staff is top notch. I misunderstood the booking and expected two beds to a room but realized it was only one double bed. The hotel staff accommodated us even though it was my own fault free of charge. Later I damaged the key to my room and they wouldn't charge me for a replacement fee. And yet another example of the hotels staff being amazing they gave me tools to help fix my suitcase handle as the button on it got stuck. Location is great if you have a rental car and want to golf at the nearby fuji classic golf course or just want a relaxing atmosphere away from city life. Taxi seemed to be a hassle since location was remote but once again the hotel staff came through and reserved us a taxi even though had to wait till next morning for confirmation from taxi service. I usually don't leave reviews but felt I needed to after my experience with the hotel. Amazing service and would stay again!!
