I only stayed here for one night but the place was spotless, the staff were very friendly and attentive, you get free hot/cold drinks from the reception area, the spa facilities were excellent and the rooms are very spacious. Location is also very convenient and they have a bus stop at the back of the hotel and a free shittle bus to and from the main station which I didn't know about when I first arrived. If I was visiting the area, I would definitely stay here again.

A most excellent property and staff! Highly recommend - 5 ***** star rating. View of Fuji-San is amazing. Gardens and Koi pond are well maintained.
Spacious room with plenty of storage for luggage, large closet, sofa and chair. Onsen and breakfast buffet are fantastic! Staff is very helpful and kind. Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away.
Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away.
