The room was extremely clean and spacious. The balcony viewing angle of Mt. Fuji is amazing. Location is great, with plenty of supermarkets around including a 7-eleven you can reach by foot. The whole hotel feels very modern and the team is very nice.
There is no drying rack for plates and utensils. You need to request utensils, plates and pots/pans from the reception and it is quite a small quantity that you get.
