This is how an Airbnb should be run. Attention to detail. Excellent facilities. Nice rooms and friendly people.
The owner came around this morning, and was very solicitous of my opinion. My only criticism was that the bookings.com ad indicated it’s near downtown. And perhaps, if you’re a driver you would have no issue with this. But as a New Yorker who is not traveling by automobile, this place is not near downtown. Here is nothing within walking distance, which was my expectation based on the assumption that it was near downtown.
