De lokatie, in een doodlopend straatje. Dus weinig last van de buurt die best wel druk is, veel winkeltjes restaurantjes. 10/15 minuten lopen naar oude centrum
Er is iets van een vocht probleem, veel schimmel vorming, ook in slaapkamers dat is jammer want verder is het een super leuk appartement.

Apartman je zaista moderno uređen, ali ono što mu daje najveću prednost i zbog čega ocjene nisu niže je lokacija koja je odlična. U blizini se može naći parking, treba imati malo živaca , ali se nađe.
Vlaga, smrad iz kupaonice, plijesan doslovno posvuda od kupaonice do spavaćih soba. Zavjese potrgane. Za pet dana boravka smo dobili 2 i pol role toalet papira, u kuhinji nema šećera, soli niti ulja. Nedostaje cjediljka za oprano suđe. Vrata od kupaonice je nemoguće zatvoriti, kao da su pala pa škripe. Od grijanja ima samo jedan mini radijator na kojem se mogu sušiti maximalno dva ručnika, inače se ništa ne može posušiti koliko je vlažno.
