Overall a good place to stay

The member of staff we saw was always welcoming and polite. The room had a generous amount of storage for its size. Bathroom was decent and the bed itself was comfortable for the two of us.

Without a window, it made the room feel quite condensed but we were only there for 2 nights so wasn’t that much of an issue.

Gostei do conforto do quarto, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionou mto bem, localização excelente e tudo estava bem limpo quando chegamos. A recepcionista e os funcionários foram mto atenciosos e prestativos, sempre perguntando se precisávamos de alguma coisa.

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix, le personnel vraiment très très gentil, bien veillant, à l’écoute qui aime répondre à vos attentes, toujours prêt à vous aider. Le service était très agréable. Une chambre très bien équipée, et une couette très confortable et douce !!

Petit bémols pour le manque de fenêtre dans notre chambre et un lit assez dur. Mais ça reste minime !

Très bon séjour

Le logement est situé en plein centre de la ville de Krabi. Des moyens de locomotion sont à disposition afin de se rendre à Ao Nong. Le logement nous convenait très bien et la petite famille étaient adorables. Nous avons donc décidé de prolonger d’une nuit supplémentaire

Le monsieur faisant le ménage dans les chambres numéro 300 était très gentil et nous permettait d’avoir une salle de bain propre tous les jours

La chambre ne pouvait pas s’aérer car la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas. Nous avons été changé de chambre dès le 2ème jour, car à notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas encore prête. La dame devant l’hôtel était très gentille le 1er jour, et quand elle a remarqué que nous n’avions pas pour projet d’aller sur les îles, et d’acheter un billet de transport, elle a totalement arrêté d’être souriante et aimable avec nous.

L’emplacement est pratique mais beaucoup d’agitation dans la rue dès 6h du matin et pas de double vitrage donc armez vous de vos protections auditives et masques. Toilettes et sdb commun moins pratique mais propre. Salon de massage au 1er etage . Café a 80m. Chambre propre et personnel très sympa

La ubicación es muy buena, y lo mejor es que había un lugar para hacer masajes. El servicio y la implementación muy bueno. Habitación cómoda y el aire acondicionado nuevo.

Un detalle no menor pero que yo lo considero muy importante: ¡¡La habitación carece de ventanas para abrir. En caso de incendio o siniestro en el lugar, no hay vía para escapar!!

Sehr nette Besitzerin. Sie hat uns zweimal Wasser kostenlos gegeben und ist sehr bemüht. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht, haben dann eins mir privaten bekommen, was super war!

Leider nicht so sauber. Da waren Haare im Abfluss der Dusche und nur kaltes Wasser fließt ab. Auch in Ecken oder hinter dem Tisch war Schmutz/Staub/ein benutzter Ohrstöpsel.
