Excellent, clean and good value

The apartment was clean, hist gave us water and we could pick up fresh towels ourselves when we wanted. Location is great, just outside of the very touristy areas, and 20 min walk to the beach. Great restaurants around the hotel.

We would have liked a hair dryer.

Its farily near the beach, and 711 around 25 and 10 mins walk. Bed was big and AC worked well

No WiFi on our floor but it wasn’t an issue, room was also slightly dirty in some parts. Also door to balcony didnt fully shut but wasn’t really a problem

Mitten durch den Massagesalon

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Bequemes Bett. Ruhig. Gute Klimaanlage. Außergewöhnlich ist, dass man mitten durch den Massagesalon gehen muss um zu seinem Zimmer zu kommen - wir fanden es super :) Massage war auch super!

Dusche ist direkt beim Klo und nicht getrennt.

Reservé 5 noches en este hotel basándome en las fotos de la plataforma, pero al llegar, la realidad fue muy distinta. La habitación no coincidía con lo mostrado: las ventanas no cerraban bien, se escapaba el aire acondicionado, entraba la luz por las mañanas y el ruido de la carretera era constante debido a un mal aislamiento. Dormí apenas una noche por la incomodidad. A partir de la segunda noche iba a llegar un amigo, pero me informaron que debía pagar un suplemento por su estancia, a pesar de que la habitación era doble y estaba pensada para dos personas. Dado todo lo anterior, informé a la dueña de que probablemente cancelaríamos la reserva. Salimos a desayunar para buscar alternativas y, mientras tanto, la propietaria me escribió diciendo que debíamos hacer el check-out a las 12 como tarde. Era un día de tormenta intensa y nos resultaba complicado movernos con la moto, pero llegamos sobre las 11:45 para recoger nuestras cosas. Al llegar, la dueña no estaba. En su lugar había un hombre cuya actitud fue completamente inaceptable. Desde el primer momento se mostró muy agresivo: nos gritó, hizo gestos amenazantes con los puños y se acercaba de forma intimidante, repitiendo que debíamos irnos antes de las 12. Yo intenté explicarle con calma que teníamos reserva hasta el sábado y que solo necesitábamos cinco minutos para recoger nuestras pertenencias. Sin embargo, su actitud empeoró: entró en la habitación, se cruzó de brazos con una postura desafiante y nos observó mientras recogíamos, generando una situación de tensión y falta total de respeto. Optamos por no responderle para evitar que la situación escalara, pero nos sentimos profundamente incómodos y vulnerables. Este comportamiento fue completamente impropio y poco profesional. Viajo con frecuencia y nunca había vivido una experiencia tan desagradable. Este lugar no solo no cumple con lo que promete, sino que tampoco garantiza un trato digno ni seguro.
