Family owned bungalows that make you feel Like you are in paradise

Small Family owned area with a few bungalows. Very clean and super relaxed. The owner Family is very nice and Supports with Everything: scooters, Trips, Travels. We were also picked up from the Pier. Very nice breakfast Every Morning on the Terrasse with an own hammock too. We loved this Place. And also Every day we saw the hornbills from our Terrasse. A Must See for bird lovers

The Perfect Place to Stay in Koh Yao Noi

This homestay was easily the best place we stayed in Thailand. The bungalows were spotless, modern, and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved spending time on the deck, relaxing in the hammock, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Lush greenery surrounded the property, and the bungalows were thoughtfully spaced out, giving us a real sense of privacy—like having our own little retreat in the middle of nature. What truly set this place apart was the incredible hospitality. The owners went above and beyond, picking us up from the ferry terminal and dropping us off when we left. We also arranged our boat tour with them, which was cheaper than the other tours we found on the island. They packed our breakfast for the trip, drove us to the pier, and even provided towels for the tour—such a thoughtful touch. On our second morning, we enjoyed a delicious meal on the deck, complete with fresh fruit. Getting around was easy with motorbike rentals available, and they also offered laundry service for just 50 THB per kilogram. While the homestay isn’t right on the beach, it didn’t matter at all—this was hands down the best place we could have chosen. Our stay here made our experience on the island even more special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back in a heartbeat.

My only regret is that I didn't stay longer in this little paradise

We had an amazing stay at Sabai House. You feel like in the middle of the jungle, it's very peaceful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter directly with them for an honest price. The main beach is at less than 10 minutes away with the scooter. Every morning the breakfast was a beautiful and delicious surprise (fruit, eggs, coffee, mango sticky rice, etc...) They can do laundry for you for a very honest price also. There is cats, chickens and some birds around the place which really adds a cool atmosphere to the place. If I had to come back to Koh Yao Noi, I would definitely go to Sabai House again.

If I had to be picky on details, i would of love to have real fresh coffee in the morning an not instant coffee. And I would add a few cushions on the exterior chairs... they are a bit hard, but again those are minor details that didn't affect my overall experience.

Untouched Paradise

Amazing service! Got picked up from the port waiting for me as I arrived out of pure kindness not for money, the bungalow was incredibly clean and well maintained, the hammock was great, you can rent a scooter with them for the going rate, beautiful gardens and perfect location! I absolutely LOVED my time in koh yao noi thanks to this place. I got beautiful breakfast each day and they catered for me being vegan too, mango sticky rice, mango and banana cut up, toast and jam fresh orange sooo tasty, they are a lovely family!! I will never forget my time here.

There's literally nothing, if you're someone that doesn't like bugs, do obviously expect mosquitos outside and expect the odd ant inside but that's expected with the location and the setting. Khaawp-khun ka!!!!

The couple that owns the bungalows were extremely friendly and accomodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped with a last minute change of plans. The bungalows and surrounding area are gorgeous! If you are visiting in the rainy season, be aware that there is very little activity on the island.

Peaceful, modernised, great hosts, highly recommend!

Super peaceful spot on the island! A little inland, suggest hiring scooters for a fun way to get around the island! We were able to hire from the hosts. The hosts are amazing and very accommodating, they provide a nice breakfast every morning, we had to leave early morning on our last day so they made us breakfast before 6am! Couldn’t fault our stay here would come back again. Thank you!

A very large, well built wooden style bungalow. Fridge, teapot with coffee and tea supplies. A nice porch with table, chairs, hammock. The mattress was soft and the bedding was good hotel caliper. …. And, they delivered a breakfast each morning ! - simple, but when someone brings me breakfast, it is fantastic. A small property, maybe 4 (?) bungalows, so is quiet and private. Not close to anything, so motorbike is essential. I stayed 3 nights.

Loved staying here and would come back again

This is the best place I've ever stayed, I love the cosy bungalow, stylishly finished and loved laying in the hammock on the decking, listening to birds. Very beautiful relaxing and peaceful place to stay, I didn't want to leave. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and hospitable and breakfast was lovely too. I hope to come back again, had a great time here and missing it already.

Everything, the overall stay was amazing. The room was comfortable with no mosquitos. What really made the stay so comfortable we’re the lovely couple who own Sabai House, they are super kind and helpful from the start to finish of our trip. We woke up late for breakfast and they surprised us whilst we were chilling on the balcony, when we were due to check out they came to help us organise our next step! 😍

Everything about this property is just AMAZING! It doubled our expectations. So beautiful, clean, peaceful… Definitely our BEST stay in Thailand, and we travaled pretty much. Our host were extremly nice people, so friendly and helpful, they brought us great breakfast and took us to the pier off charge. Even though seems relocated from the beach, motorbyke is mandatory if you do not want to stay at one place all the time, so it makes no difference. Glass cottage view when you wake up is so amazing you don’t need to be at the beach, you stay there the whole day anyway.

* The location is in the middle of a beautiful forest with cool birds flying around. It’s 3km away from the nearest beach and restaurants and 7/11. Enjoy a walk on a quiet road surrounded by nature. * The bungalow was large and spacious. It was very clean and the big bed was very comfortable. * The staff was super friendly and helped me whenever I needed it. Like if I wanted to rent a bike or scooter. * The breakfast was awesome. Fresh fruit and stickyrice.

* The path from the road to the bungalow was a little hill. It was difficult for me to drive down it without falling with the heavy scooter. * The facilities were very limited. Only a little fridge. No hairdryer, air conditioning or kettle.

L’endroit est vraiment super, les petites cabanes sont propres, la terrasse avec son hamac est agréable. Le couple qui tient ces logements sont d’une gentillesse, toujours présent. Le petit déjeuner amener sur la terrasse tous les matins est excellent. Ils sont venus nous chercher au bateau, on est parti faire une excursion avec son frère en bateau privé (compter 2500 bath pour deux). Un séjour incroyable

Un établissement enfoncé légèrement dans la jungle qui nous fait découvrir l’île de la plus belle des manières : par la nature. Le logement était très propre et super confortable ! Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, ils nous ont conduit à certains endroits pour pouvoir faire quelques courses et se sont toujours assurés de notre bien-être. Merci beaucoup à eux

Fantastische afsluiter van mijn verblijf op Koh Yao Noi

Zeer rustig gelegen, met mooie tuin. De bungalows zijn zo geplaatst dat je geen last hebt van de buren. Gezellig terras met hangmat De kamer op zich was zeer ruim en zeer proper. Ruim bed met frisse lakens De badkamer was ruim en hygiënisch met warme douche. Handdoeken aanwezig De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en doen alles zelf. Het ontbijt was basic maar vers en wordt iedere ochtend door de eigenaar op je terras gebracht. Goed werkende airconditioning.

Alles was perfect. Je moet wel beseffen dat je hier wat verder weg zit van de stranden en winkels, maar met een scooter is het een mooie trip van en naar het strand. Dit gedeelte van het eiland is ook goedkoper dan het drukke gedeelte.

Meilleur rapport qualité prix de notre séjour en Thaïlande! Joli bungalow en bois dans un beau jardin, sans vis à vis. Lit très confortable et salle de bain fonctionnel. Bon petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse de notre bungalow. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place pour se déplacer sur l’île. Le propriétaire nous a même organisé une excursion privée en bateau. Les propriétaires sont d’un extrême gentillesse. Ils sont venus nous chercher à l’arrivée du bateau et nous ont raccompagnés à 6h du matin.

Die nettesten Gastgeber überhaupt, super freundlich, immer ein Lächeln und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Ort auf einem sehr großzügigen Gelände. Die Bungalows sind schön gemacht. Natürlich ist man nicht direkt am Strand, aber mit dem Scooter ist man schnell überall. Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker hier! Es lohnt sich die Terrasse und den Blick in den Garten zu genießen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, die zentrale Lage in der Inselmitte ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, aber nicht weiter schlimm, wenn man mobil ist.

Un soggiorno da sogno

Il posto è un paradiso. I bungalow ben distanziati in un giardino curatissimo. Camera confortevole e spaziosa e ben organizzata con tutto quello che può servire (bollitore, microonde, asciugacapelli, acqua fornita ogni giorno) letto comodo e bagno grande. Transfert da e per il porto offerto. I gestori sono gentilissimi e ogni mattina all’orario scelto portano la colazione deliziosa. Per chi ama i gatti ne hanno due bellissimi e molto educati. Di fronte al nostro bungalow veniva sempre un elegante airone bianco.
