En période de canicule , un ventilateur dans la chambre est nécessaire car la climatisation du séjour ne l'atteint pas.

A localização é boa, perto do centro e fácil acesso ao ônibus e estação de trem. Apartamento moderno e bem equipado.
O acesso é um pouco confuso e as escadas de acesso estão em péssimo estado e com cheiro forte de cigarro. O apartamento estava limpo mas um pouco empoeirado nas áreas menos usadas (mezanino, em baixo do sofá, etc). Também faltavam coisas de casa/ cozinha (sal, azeite, vinagre) e papel toalha, papel higiênico, e sabão de lavar roupa.
