Joli F3 SETE à la Caraussanne

It was clean & the beds were very comfortable. It was good to have air conditioning and fans for the bedrooms as it was very hot when we were there.

There was no wifi, the TV did not work properly (very annoying), we had to pay 50 euro extra for linen (Booking.com) did not mention this and also a 500euro bond by cheque (also not mentioned in Booking.com). It was as a long climb up a hill with suitcases but we were able to work out the No 1 Bus route!!

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable, and recently renovated with high-quality finishes. The plumbing and bathroom facilities are excellent. The kitchen is superbly equipped, with plenty of dishes and cookware, which is very practical considering the nearby market offering an incredible variety of the freshest seafood at very low prices. The living room and one of the bedrooms have windows facing two directions: on one side you can see the sea, and on the other, the green mountainside and a cypress tree where a little squirrel lives. Meriam is a wonderful person — very polite, welcoming, and always available. The apartment is located slightly uphill, in a very quiet area. The only tiny downside was the absence of soap and shower gel in the bathroom. You just need to bring some with you or buy it at the nearest store. If I return to Sète, I will definitely stay in these apartments again. Notre séjour dans l’appartement a été merveilleux. L’appartement est très beau, confortable et récemment rénové avec des matériaux de grande qualité. La plomberie et les équipements de la salle de bain sont excellents. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, avec beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles, ce qui est très pratique compte tenu du marché voisin proposant une incroyable variété de fruits de mer ultra frais à des prix très bas. Le salon et l’une des chambres donnent sur deux côtés : d’un côté, on voit la mer, et de l’autre, la montagne verdoyante ainsi qu’un cyprès où vit un petit écureuil. Meriam est une personne formidable : très polie, accueillante et toujours disponible. L’appartement est situé un peu en hauteur, dans un endroit très calme. Le seul tout petit inconvénient est l’absence de savon et de gel douche dans la salle de bain. Il suffit simplement d’en apporter avec soi ou d’en acheter dans le magasin le plus proche. Si je reviens à Sète, je choisirai certainement à nouveau ces appartements.

Sa situation, son rapport qualité/prix, et son ameublement. Il était parfait.

Serait-Il possible de rajouter un gel douche, un savon et 2 sachets de thé éventuellement ? 🙏

Très bon accueil pour la remise des clés . Myriam "hôte" est très agréable et a laissé des indications concernant la ville. Appartement bien situé dans Sète pas loin des quais, de la halle du marché... C'est l'hiver et l'appartement est bien chauffé. Grand séjour, confortable, bien aménagé, équipement satisfaisant, les conditions sont réunies pour un bon séjour. Deux chambres avec une bonne literie. Pour se garer, un parking public place de la République.
