2 ème séjour chez Nicolas tout était parfait le calme , la plage est tellement proche et la terrasse un grand plus nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

- L'emplacement - La vue - la grande terrasse - quantité d'équipement mis à disposition - le calme la journée et en général la nuit (dû notamment à l'immense partie de logement saisonnier et des voisins très calmes et respectueux) - parking privé
- mauvaise isolation (peut être bruyant surtout de nuit dû à la proximité avec des bars / restaurants) - literie, canapé et autres équipements vieillos ou complexe d'utilisation (télévision et lave linge) - taille de la place de parking (on s'y habitue vite si on a une voiture de taille standard et si les autres places ne sont pas prises ! Cependant dans le cas présent où la borne pour accéder au parking reste en bas en haute saison, des personnes risques de prendre la place)

L'emplacement est sur le bord de la piste cyclable Sète/ Etang. Le grand balcon avec vu sur la mer et le couché de soleil. L'aménagement est très rationnel et non pas rationné. Le mot de passe du wifi nous à fait beaucoup rire. L'aspirateur est top. La table gigogne ingénieuse.
