The location, the size of the apartment (spacious), clean. Washing machine! Balcony.
It was on the 4th floor and hauling suitcases up wasn't fun. Parking was a real challenge but we also went there at one of the busiest times (La Saint Louis). Had we known, we would have skipped Sete during this time. The apartment was ok but there were no visible instructions for anything. The bed was awful--much too soft. The TV reception didn't work. The place was too cluttered & needs some sprucing up.
