L’appartement est vraiment très joli, bien situé sans Sète, extrêmement confortable et très bien équipé La Clim est silencieuse et il n’y a aucun bruit ni nuisances L’accompagnement est très agréable et réactif par la conciergerie.
Effectivement cela m’a été compliqué avec mes 15kgs de valise d’arriver au 3 eme étage ;) L’immeuble extérieur et la cage d’escalier ne sont pas engageants mais ne vous y fiez pas car l’appartement vaut le détour

Propriétaire disponible même tardivement Qualité et précision des informations communiquées Appartement propre, confortable, tout équipé, refait à neuf, une belle surprise à l'arrivée Climatisation en sus très appréciable quand il fait chaud et lourd en cette période estivale Parking accès facile et gratuit pas loin (sauf la nuit du samedi au dimanche à cause du marché aux puces, mais parking souterrain à moins de 5mn à pied)
Petit bémol pour les grands qui mesurent plus d'1,80m... le lit se trouve dans le salon pour avoir sa grandeur pour dormir ! Etre sportif car 3 étages sans ascenseur à grimper, ce qui n'a pas été du tout un handicap pour nous mais à préciser sinon RAS
