Dinneka, and all her staff, were all very helpful, considerate, and so professional. Anything we needed the staff were more than helpful to fulfill our needs. Thank you all.

There was very little we did not like, just those very thin IKEA bath and hand towels could have done with an upgrade.

Staff are all friendly and attentive. Any problems I had they addressed immediately. I am impressed by Andrew who consistently responded when I requested help at the reception. Adam also had a smile and kind word. I loved the vibe of the staff in general.

There were springs poking out of the bed and it was on an angle, so I basically slept on slope. Many things were broken in the room, which should have been properly checked (ex. blinds, electric entrance key was hanging off the door, shower was clogged full of hair). Kitchen needed work, the fuse was blown anytime the kettle & microwave were on at same time. it was never cleaned and there were no supplies at all. I had to ask for pots & utensils (this is fine) but received nothing to wash them with. Someone kept spraying perfume into the garbage rather than actually disposing it. Was told I would have sign-in info and wifi in my room, none of that appeared. I needed to ask staff for every little thing. Lastly, it really should be mandatory that these places have proper hygiene covers on mattresses and pillows. It saves them from constant replacement, and it is much more hygenic for the guests.

The location was central and it was very easy to check in once we had arrived.

We had issues with the accommodation pre-check in. They emailed me requesting student ID for both my friend and I with only 48 hours notice. There were never any prior emails that mentioned this being necessary. My friend was on holiday and incontactable which I explained to them over email. They responded threatening to cancel my booking if i did not provide student ID immediately. I was able to provide our IDs by chance as one of our mutual friends was able to locate my friend's but they responded saying they would not accept this as our student IDs did not have expiration dates. My friend was on a plane at this point and the accommodation were not giving me any understanding or extra time to get further proof of student status for her. In the end i was able to get the documents just in time but it was a very stressful experience and gave me the impression they were trying to cancel our booking and keep the deposit. Additionally, the accommodation itself was unclean and covered in black hairs. It did not seem as though any cleaning had been done, merely a quick tidy of the room. There were even black hairs in the bed so I am not convinced the sheets had been cleaned. Only 1 towel and hand towel was provided for 2 guests also.
