Writers Square Apartment is in a fantastic area. Plenty to see and do with eating and drinking places you are spoilt for choice . It is within walking distance of most main attractions

Great location, very convenient for Central Belfast. Key collection was efficient and convenient.

The property is looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC - water stains on the ceiling; cannot adjust temperature in ensuite shower which is grimy around the edges; and the ensuite fan does not work. Cleaning seemed a bit cursory - bits on the floor not vacuumed up; bath mat and hand towel left thrown on the bathroom floors. Radiators are rusty and the light pull in the ensuite is just a piece of string.

Very convenient and accommodation just as described. Directions to find it very clear.

Not a complaint but it’s not in Writer’s Square - it’s St Anne’s Court, behind the cathedral, not in front of it.

The location is excellent and easily accessible

We lost 4 hours sleep our first night due to a significant water leak over the master bed. This was fixed the following day, but the leaking en-suite toilet wasn’t fixed and was unusable. I have requested some sort of financial compensation/refund but texted apologies and a bottle of wine (which we couldn’t drink and had to leave) is the best the owner could do. Not good enough. Collection and return of the key is awkward if you’re not driving there as it must be collected from a petrol station some distance away. The owner had forgotten to provide the appropriate code to the garage which necessitated holding up our taxi (with the meter ticking) while I phoned to sort it out. But we did get permission to leave the key in the apartment at the end of the stay.
