Writer's Square Apartments

The apartment was in a great location, central whilst still being quiet.

It was approx a 20min round trip walk to collect the keys when we arrived. Fortunately there was a group of us so we were able to leave someone with the cases or it would have been a bigger issue. Having somewhere else closer to collect the keys would be better. A minor thing would be it would benefit from having a separate bin/ storage for recycling but otherwise it was all good.

Very easy to find in a quiet little square with nice restaurants. Easy to pick up the keys and return them. Apartment was clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. Had everything you need. Nice and quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Had a great view over the square below. Close to the nightlife so you can walk there and back safely and easily. Very convenient for getting around Belfast as you are so central. Good communication with host during the whole booking process and stay.

Location,size of rooms,2 full bathrooms…..decor & the owner was so helpful & easy to contact!

Only thing I would recommend (as a suggestion not a complaint!) is refurbishing the en-suite shower,excellent water pressure but needs rejuvenated!

The location

The keys needed to be picked up and dropped off at a garage before access. Very inconvenient. If I knew this in advance I definitely would not have booked it. The washing machine appears to work but did not wash the clothes but instead left grease marks on all of the clothes and ruined them. Several of the rooms had water damage to the ceilings and pets had been allowed to sleep on the bed in the main room which caused a guest to have a severe allergic reaction. Hair was found on the bedroom side table. The carpet was dirty.
