Academy Street Apartments

Great location in the cathedral quarter. Property is functional with simple but good quality furnishings.

Only issue is the showers with the en-suite top shower fixture loose so shower can come off and fall. The main bathroom shower doesn’t go high enough and under pressure moves upward which is a little annoying but everything else was very good

Clean property central to the downtown area. Plenty of space for our family. Parking was included.

Did have some late night noise from St. Anne's Square.

- host was easy to communicate with and request to collect keys near apartment instead of petrol station was granted which we were so grateful for - location was behind St. Anne's cathedral, 2nd floor apartment, safe access, lift available and working - Steve sent videos ahead of time for key collection and access instructions which we found really helpful - apartment very clean - all facilities needed available though we did not use the dishwasher or cooker - hot water - the weather in Belfast was around 30 degrees celcius when we were there, rooms were warm but blinds, windows that can be opened, and large balcony door that can be opened, plus fans helped and made the stay comfortable - old fashioned pull down light switch for the 2 toilets make a noise but was not a problem for us - the sensor light in the hallway is a good addition - tesco is a 5 min walk - 10 mins to main centre - comfy beds, pillows, sofa

- when windows are open, the noise from the restaurants around the square can be heard but mostly quiet at night - lovely place - will stay again!

L’emplacement idéal, le parking proche. C’était assez calme. Il était confortable.

La cuisine, poêle et ustensiles très usés.la cuisine commence à tombée en ruine. Les salles de bains sont vieilles, bas des radiateurs très rouillés. Le placard aucun rangement, c’était le bordel, tout était entassé. Ce serait bien de refaire un peu de travaux de rénovation.
