Welcome to The Tumbleweed! This 2024 Grand Design Imagine 3210BH has it all! Spacious, open living area includes four heated massage chairs and booth-style dinette… now everyone has a place to relax! A fully-stocked kitchen and coffee bar means you won’t have to sacrifice home-cooked meals during your getaway! Main bedroom has secondary private entry/exit. Oversized full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bunk room sleeps four and dinette table converts to full bed for additional sleeping. THIS RV IS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY ONLY. We bring the unit to you (at approved locations within 100 miles of Kerrville) and set it up, prior to your arrival. The location used for photos is a public park in Kerrville that does NOT offer overnight RV camping. *** DELIVERY/PICKUP NOT AVAILABLE ON SAT OR SUN. Please adjust your dates accordingly. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: Linen Package ($75) Outdoor Party Pack ($150) WiFi Package ($10/Day) Septic Dump ($50) CHECK-IN TIME: 3PM CHECK-OUT TIME: 11AM *** DELIVERY DAY & EARLY CHECK-IN - If the check-in time for your RV spot is PRIOR to 2pm, we may be able to delivery the unit early, although not guaranteed. Upon delivery, our set-up takes between 1 and 2 hours (depending on the weather), and guests are required to wait until completion before accessing the RV. We will message you IMMEDIATELY as soon as we finish. Guests that arrive to the park or RV site early will not be allowed inside or around the RV during set-up for liability reasons, so please plan accordingly (i.e. cold food storage, bathroom breaks, etc.) We want to make sure your unit is set up properly and ready for you to enjoy, so we appreciate your patience! *** DAMAGE - This unit and its supplies are inspected prior to every check-in. Please inform hosts ASAP if items have been broken/lost during your stay. Guests are required to reimburse hosts, out of pocket, for any damages that exceed their security deposit. *** NO SMOKING - There is a $1500 fine for smoking inside unit (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, e-cigarettes, herbal cigs, or when illegal drug fumes of any kind are detected). *** NO ANIMALS ALLOWED (Due to allergies - owners use this unit personally) Guests that bring animals will be fined $1000 and asked to leave. *** OUTDOOR AWNING - The awning is not available for guest use. Texas storms can develop quickly and wind over 10 miles per hour can damage the fabric, so we just can’t chance it. If you’d like additional outdoor shade, please consider our outdoor party pack option or bring a canopy with you. *** ELECTRICITY - This unit operates best on a 50 amp service. If your site offers only 30 amp service, the secondary AC/HEAT system (located in queen bedroom) may not operate efficiently. During extreme temperatures (hot or cold seasons), running both systems on a 30 amp service may even cause the breaker to trip altogether. You may still choose a 30 amp site, but might only be able to run the main AC/HEAT system and not the secondary AC/HEAT system.
