The house was cute, well maintained, and quiet. It was only a few minutes to Kerrville! The house was beautifully decorated. The beds were fantastic!
The grounds needed a little more work. The washcloths and towels could have been a better quality. The coffee pot did not work for us, but that could have been operator error. There were quite a few tiny bugs flying around inside, but that is probably the time of year.

Nice touches like shampoo and soap, coffee. Satellite TV. Good home layout with 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. Very comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Brochures for the area.
Tastefully decorated. Front porch with chairs to relax. Perfect for families.
A little bit on the edge of town. There was, though a gas station/mini mart on the main road and a dollar general on the way.

I was happy with the coffee and creamer available. The Ice maker worked a little slow, but it gave ice. I like the deck and front porch. I like that it had 2 bathrooms. It was comfortable and clean.
The ice maker and water dispenser were slow and the filter made a loud sound when it operated. My family said that the same happened with their fridge when they used an off-brand filter. It happened only sporadically, so it was tolerable.
