Logement propre, les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles pour y passer une nuit. Calme. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus. Proximité à pieds d’un Lidl et d’une station service

La struttura ha un buon parcheggio interno, compreso nel prezzo della camera, e per noi era importante poter parcheggiare il furgone che nei parcheggi sotterranei o multipiano non può entrare.
Accanto ha una boulangérie molto buona dove noi facevamo colazione (brioches enormi!)
La struttura è fornita di cucina, lavatrice, phon x capelli, tv, ma questi servizi noi non li abbiamo utilizzati (però erano a disposizione).
Il check-in è fatto in autonomia quindi si ha libertà di arrivare quando si vuole, e il contatto whatsapp ci ha sempre risposto in tempo e gentilmente, e quando abbiamo informato che la serratura della porta del bagno in comune si era rotta hanno provveduto ad aggiustare subito.
Noi eravamo in una delle stanze al primo piano, si sale per una scala stretta e la stanza e il bagno sono in un sottotetto quindi ci va un pó di spirito di adattamento perché è proprio basso. Il rapporto prezzo-struttura offerta è giusto.

It wasn't too far from Avignon town. It was generally a quiet neighbourhood.
There was a smell of cigarette smoke in my room coming from another room obviously since I'm a non smoker. This was gross and not happy at all about it. Furthermore, people in the room beside me were noisy and disrespectful. I understand it's not the property's fault, but at the same time I really don't want to have to go knocking on doors to ask people to be quiet, nor be a policeman and investigate who's smoking in the property. I guess if they didn't learn manners at home, it's too late now.
