Professional staff and well located

The property is very well decorated and is in an excellent location

We arrived late in the afternoon on a very cold and windy day. The room was very cold when we arrived. We turned the heat on but it seemed to be blowing cool air. We tried to get it to work but couldn’t. We reached out to the contact and they were helpful in getting someone on their staff to come and try fix it. However, that did not fix it. We were gone for about 3 hours with heat turned on and returned to a cold room. They offered us a different room and said a technician would look at the heat the next day but that room didn’t seem any warmer. We ended up at a different hotel but were refunded our money. They handled our problem very professionally. Would give this property a try as it was very cute!

Beautiful aesthetic room, very relaxing. Well Placed in Avignon.

I was a little bit confused about whether there was a small breakfast included or if we were to use the entrance kitchen to make our own.but other than that I highly recommend. Plenty of cafes near by.

Roomy unit good for solo traveler or couples

Spacious! Both the bedroom and the bathroom had ample space to move about. The coded entries to the building and then a second access code to the unit felt secure. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. I didn't hear any other guests.

The floor could have been cleaner. Other than that, it was fine. The building is a good walk from the main street. Walking at night felt overall safe, but would have felt safer with more street lights.

Luxurious stay with out the huge price tags, gorgeous furnishings and fantastic location.

Everything about this property was fabulous, extremely clean, spacious, luxurious bed linens, curated areas. I felt I was in top class hotel.

It is well situated and is a clean and open design. The rooms are large and airy and the rain showers are wonderful. Bedding is linen and is very comfortable yet warm enough.

There are stairs. Many stairs. There were 40 or so to get to our room. We weren’t told or asked about this so my partner who has had recent heart surgery had to endure this for our 5 night stay. There were no staff on site to complain to about this. Also towels were only changed when we rang to complain. This might be OK for single night stays, but when we stayed for 5 nights and received to personal attention we felt abandoned. The coffee machine also didn’t work for our last 48 hours.

The cutest place we have stayed in Provence! Absolutely loved the decor and the shared space as you enter the hotel. Carrefour Express just around the corner. We stayed on the fifth floor. Thank you!

Most wonderful stay at Le Petit. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Le Petit. The attention to detail at this residence is outstanding - from styling, furniture, room design and soft furnishing is all thoughtfully considered. Rooms are very spacious, separate toilet to bathroom and space/room to hang and store clothes and suitcases. The balcony was also a lovely spot to sit and enjoy. Excellent location and great communal amenities. One of our most comfortable and best stays on our trip to France.

A peaceful little cove in Avignon.

This is a gem of a find. Gorgeous little hotel, in a quiet, safe, clean part of the city. The room was immaculate, bed was comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Lovely little common area on the ground floor with tea and coffee. Close to the city centre, shops, bars, and restaurants. Easy walk to the riverfront and quiet country roads to walk. I would happily stay here again.

I like the atmosphere but not the smell

The facility provides unique experience for travelers who like history and culture. It is also convenient for families who need cooking and washing. The shared kitchen hall is beautiful. We had breakfast while sharing the place with a senior couple. It is like a wonderful restaurant. The location is excellent for sightseeing as it is inside the old town, the two heritages are nearby. Super market is a minute walk and many restaurants are in a few minute walk.

The room has a strange smell and strikes me each time I go in. It is an old building so I I have to bear it. At night I have to bring the perfume near to bed to overcome the smell. It is considerable for the owner to provide washing machine and dryer. But since there is no operating guide, I couldn’t get my clothes dry even after a lot of effort.

Wonderful, historic building and rooms, fully renovated.

Exceptional experience in a historic building. Super charming and extremely clean. The furnishings were lovely. The contact was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend!

The only complaint I have is the room did not have night or dark shades and my daughter and I could not sleep after 6am due to the enormous windows which were light-filled during the sunny, spring days. We were exhausted after two nights stay. I would hope night shades are added...otherwise the stay was exceptional!!!

Very nice room! Lovely amenities and cozy interior. Great terrace and great location in a silent street a little walk from everything central Avignon has to offer.

Maybe that we didn't meet a single person. It feels strange to stay in a place where everything is based on codes and instructional mails. But it's not a hotel - it's more a house where you rent a room.

Tem muito potencial mas ainda deixa um pouco a desejar

A acomodação tem tudo para ser excelente. O prédio antigo foi totalmente reformado, com muito bom gosto e atenção aos detalhes. Os acabamentos são de qualidade, o quarto é espaçoso, a roupa de cama é boa e o banheiro é confortável, com boas toalhas. A localização também é ótima, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e comércios, além de estar a poucos minutos a pé de um bom estacionamento.

O acesso é feito por fechadura eletrônica e não há funcionários no local, algo que não fica claro no anúncio. Chegamos tarde e tivemos dificuldade para entrar, sem conseguir contato por telefone. A fechadura principal também é difícil de manusear. Não há serviço de quarto: sem troca de toalhas, limpeza ou reposição de itens. Ficamos quatro noites e o sabonete acabou. O ar-condicionado desligava durante a madrugada, deixando o quarto quente, e o único cobertor disponível é um duvet de qualidade porém pesado e quente. O prédio não tem elevador e há ruído externo nos quartos voltados para a rua. No último dia, houve corte de água sem aviso, o que nos impediu de tomar banho antes da saída. A hospedagem havia informado outro corte anteriormente e deixou garrafas de água, mas faltou comunicação sobre o novo. A falta de funcionários in loco atrapalha a resolução de problemas que precisam de uma solução rápida. É preciso tentar contato pelo telefone ou enviar mensagens pelo app. Um lugar bonito e bem localizado, que com melhor suporte e manutenção poderia oferecer uma experiência excelente.

Voor ons schitterend, voor het tweede koppel toch wel een ontgoocheling!

Centrale ligging dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden!

Tweede koppel kreeg een kamer die eigenlijk niet verhuurd had mogen worden: door wateroverlast ten gevolge van zwaar onweer de week voordien waren er vloerplanken omhooggekomen zodat je erg voorzichtig moest zijn om niet te struikelen (zeker ‘‘s nachts!) en zodat de deur van de wc niet of met heel veel moeite geopend kon worden! Er hing ook wel een beetje een schimmelgeur!

Appartamento caratteristico in centro città.

L’appartamento ristrutturato benissimo in un palazzo storico in centro città. Il parcheggio pubblico all’ingresso della città è comodissimo perché porta direttamente vicino al l’appartamento.

Per noi non è stato un problema ma il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano senza ascensore quindi non lo consiglierei a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Tuttavia sono disponibili anche altri adulti ai piani più bassi.

Belle maison avec beaucoup de charme entièrement rénovée. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et bien aménagée. Très belle salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne. Les hôtes étaient aux petits soins.

非常好的地点，就在老城入口的附近，并且停车场也是很方便，当然是付费的停车场，晚上可以把车停到城外摩天轮下的停车场，7点之后是免费的，当然需要第二天9点把车开走。我们住的房间在三楼，楼梯也很美，行李拿到3楼还好，除非你的行李特别重，在老公寓的住宿，有些就是需要体验的。房间内的设施完备，布置的也很温馨。我们在这里度过了美好的一天。

Posizione ottima all’interno delle mura di Avignone a 5 minuti dal palazzo dei Papi. Gradevole zona comune al piano terra con possibilità di fare colazione e prendere il caffè

La nostra camera era al 3 piano senza ascensore. Scala ripida faticosa da fare con i bagagli. Il condizionatore della nostra stanza, quella più in alto, era rumoroso e non funzionava bene

Molto Carino con qualcosa da sistemare

La posizione centrale, la camera spaziosa e ben arredata, il letto molto comodo. Molto comodo il fatto di avere un'area comune con frigo e macchina del caffè.

Odore sgradevole appena entri in camera, acqua calda che finisce molto rapidamente e ti costringe a continuare la doccia con l'acqua fredda.
