Great location spacious apartment

The place is very big and has an amazing view! You can see the Verona arena from the living room. The pictures were just as described and the beds were very comfortable. We were happy that there was an elevator since we were 4 people with bags and this is a penthouse apartment. Close to restaurants and shops, amazing location!

While we were told we are the only ones with keys to the gate that leads to the stairs to the apartment and specific key that the elevator has that only leads to the penthouse and subsequently your front door you cannot lock the front door to the apartment from the inside when you go to sleep. You can lock the front door from the outside when you leave for the day but not when you are inside. To me this is a first since I have never stayed in a place where I cannot lock the door from inside. I hope they address this.

Great location for a short stay but not overly accessible. Wouldn’t reckmmend to families.

Location and cleanliness.

Access to the property was confusing and difficult. Im not convinced you could get out of the apartment in the event of an emergency. Lack of aircon in bedrooms. Only the hallway and living room could be kept cool. The neighbours clearly dislike there being a rental apartment in the building particularly if you don’t like taking the lift which is tiny and daunting for children. Only one if set keys was annoying in a group particularly as so many locks to get through - one of which doesn’t work. Can’t lock front door. Have to rely on metal cage grill.

Everything we expected from the description. Absolutely perfect!

The location is absolutely fabulous. We attended two operas at the arena and it was fabulous being able to walk just around the corner to the entry gate. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room.

Magnifique et confortable appartement avec vue sur les Arènes

L'appartement magnifiquement situé près des Arènes est très agréable , confortable, et bien décoré; Il est distribué sur deux niveaux et les pièces sont grandes et bien meublées. Les lits sont parfaits. A noter que l'air conditionné fonctionne dans tout l'appartement de même que la Wifi. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. 10/ su 10 pour l'appartement.

Bel appartement mais l'accès est vraiment compliqué. La procédure est bien expliquée dans un document accompagné d'un dossier photo mais reste fastidieuse à appliquer. Un seul jeu de clefs est fourni ce qui nécessite une coordination permanente entre les occupants pour les entrées et sorties. Il serait souhaitable de simplifier ou fiabiliser le système d'accès et de prévoir un double des clefs afin d'améliorer le confort des locataires et de rendre le séjour plus agréable. La propriétaire a imposé un check-in en ligne avant notre arrivée, via une application externe à BOOKING et sans l'envoi de nos identités et de nos informations bancaires pour payer les taxes de séjour, les codes d'accès au logement n'auraient pas été transmis. 7/10 pour l'accès et la procédure d'accueil.

Die Wohnung ist sehr wertig, grosszügig, gepflegt und gleich um die Ecke zur Arena! Wenn wir wieder nach Verona kommen, bleiben wir länger in dieser tollen Unterkunft.

Schöne Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen in einer Top-Lage in Verona

Zentrale Lage mit Blick auf die Arena; die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig: Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch ca. 30m2, alle Schlafzimmer waren groß, die Doppelbetten ca. 180 cm breit mit einer mittelharten Matratze, in den Ziemmern gab es sehr viel Stauraum; zwei Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche, Bidet, Fenster; Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut (nur die Mikrowelle war leider kaputt); teils überdachte Terrasse; die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt, es gibt jedenfalls eine im Wohnzimmer und am Gang vor den Schlafzimmern; Gratisnutzung einer öffentlichen Parkgarage außerhalb des Ortskerns, in den man nur zu bestimmten Zeiten reinfahren darf; die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit; Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder in Verona sind.

Das einzige, was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war, und was wir gerne anders hätten ist, dass der Bereicht mit den Schlafzimmern und Bädern sich einen Stock tiefer als der Bereich mit dem Eingang, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Terrasse befindet, und nur über eine recht steile Treppe erreichbar ist. D.h. man muss oft Stiegen steigen, was nicht optimal ist, wenn man damit ein Problem hat.

הדירה נמצאת על הארנה. דורותי ענתה מהר לכל שאלה שהיתה לנו. הדירה מאוד נקיה, חדרים גדולים. ענתה על כל הציפיות. החניה נמצאת במרחק כמה דקות הליכה מחוץ לאזור נהיגה מוגבל.
