I like the fact that when I had a problem with opening the door (key safe) which was a bit tricky for me, the staff had no problem in coming out to open it. The room was clean. The bathroom and the kitchen were very clean and of good quality.
The room could do with a bedside lamp which would make life better. Using the same bed cover (duvet set) would give the room a better look and feel.

El lugar estaba bien, estaba siempre limpio, podías entrar y salir sin problemas aunque no haya personal para atenderte. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero bien comunicado.
No te puedes llevar la llave contigo, la tienes que dejar en el locker que está en la puerta de la habitación.

You get exactly what you pay for. It's a nice small room with a comfortable bed and WiFi. It's clean.
Further out from the center of London. It is someone's actual house and you are staying on floor 2, it can be awkward.
