Was a very convenient area, two minute walk from Upton Park station so essentially is 30 mins away from everything in London. You’re so close you can literally see the trains from the window. We were running behind on schedule and owner let us stay an extra hour before check out. The cleaner kept ontop of any mess and the place was clean in every common area.

There was blood & random stains on the curtain and writing on the metal of the bed. We had a random check out mixup but was easily solved with no issue. Other than that was lovely. Everyone staying there were kind. There’s a kitchen facility, plenty bathrooms.

This property is just within 2 minutes' walking distance from the Upton Park Underground station. You just need to reach the station, and you are connected to all of London. The rooms are clean and spacious, with big windows. We visited during the hot summer, and we found good, functional stand fans in our room. The owner is super co-operative. We checked out for a day and came back again. He arranged to store our luggage safely. We heard some intermittent mechanical noise from the smoke detector, so he happily changed our room. This property is good for all, but best for asian people, as it is in an Asian neighborhood with lots of Asian groceries and restaurants nearby. The owner is also Asian, but he sounds like a global host, which we liked the most.

The kitchen facilities could have been better, and the kitchen could be cleaner. The washing machine works, but not the dryer. Other than that nothing I could mention

It was quite comfy and easy to get there so close to underground. Good thing that they provided two towels. It was perfect for short trip for only two nights.

Stairs was a little bit tricky so you have to take cautions but all the rest was all right.
