​Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Schon vor der Anreise bis hin zur Abreise war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber absolut korrekt und professionell. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen; das Haus wirkte wie neu renoviert, war makellos sauber und roch immer angenehm frisch! Betten und Kissen, sehr angenehm und sauber, was mir wichtig war. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. ​Der Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, fragt täglich nach dem Rechten und würde für seine Gäste einfach alles tun. Anfragen werden meist noch in derselben Stunde erledigt. Auch eine Sonderreinigung ist auf Wunsch (z. B. wenn mal etwas passiert) unkompliziert möglich. Ich habe leider während des Aufenthalts vergessen zu erwähnen, dass in der Küche etwas mehr Besteck sein könnte – der Gastgeber hätte dies aber ganz sicher sofort behoben. In der Küche gelten strikte Regeln für Gäste. Das habe ich erst später erfahren und habe mich sofort beim Gastgeber entschuldigt, da wir eine Pfanne benützt haben. Ich habe danach komplette Küche gereinigt und hoffe, dass es am Ende vergeben wurde. ​Gute Tipps für zukünftige Gäste: ​Lage: Das Haus liegt in London Zone 3 (Osten) – wichtig zu wissen für den Ticketkauf. Die District Line, ein Lidl und weitere Geschäfte sind super nah. Die Nachbarschaft ist extrem herzlich. ​Hinweis: Da es im Haus keine Adapter gibt, sollten Reisende aus Europa unbedingt eigene UK-Adapter mitbringen

Die Lage des Hauses. Zone 3. Ganz weit von Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Wochenkarten sehr empfehlenswert. Trotzdem, die Fahrten bis Zentrum, habe ich täglich genossen.

While the accommodation is a bit far from central London, it was incredibly convenient for my commute to the event I was attending at the ExCeL London. The property has been newly refurbished, and you can tell! Both the bed linens and towels were brand new, which made the stay very comfortable. The host was exceptionally nice and attentive, sending me messages every day to check if everything was okay and if I needed anything. Also, the Brazilian lady who looks after the place was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she leave the accommodation pristine, but she also gave me some great, practical tips for getting around town.

The only minor issue I encountered was a broken shower head. I reported it to the host, but it really wasn't a big deal and didn't spoil a great stay.

The location was great, right next to the tube station, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean

Was put in the loft room during a heatwave which was unfortunate, it got boiling hot and could not sleep at all, the room had a fan which was handy but not enough, the communal spaces especially the bathroom was quite dirty especially the shower mats which were filthy and the toilet, though the shower itself was fine
