The place is brand new and freshly renovated, kitchen has everything you need.
-There is no lock on your bedroom, you're basically leaving your valuables inside hoping that your housemates are fine, and even if they are, that they are locking the main door.
-The listing advertises a common space - a lounge with a sofa, tv etc. Don't be mistaken, this is not available to use. The host sleeps there. The bathroom is also shared.
-There isn't a single place to sit down, you're either sat on the bed, or you're standing. When you heat your food, you can either stand in the kitchen or sit on your bed. Not even a small bedside table. Our phone, water bottle, keys all went on the floor. We tried to use the outside garden furniture to sit and eat (littered with cigarette stubs), but the person who owned the furniture said it was his, which is fair enough. It is the hosts responsibility to provide basic seating for guests, even if it's just bar stools and a small bar/shelf.
-When we raised these issues via a direct message to the host, they told us to check the booking listing, even though the booking listing listed a private bathroom, and a lounge!
The place is fine if you are literally wanting to come in sleep and go. But if you want to use the kitchen or even just sit down on your butt, we wouldn't recommend it.
